Bridge AI
Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bridge AI operating system (the “OS”). By using the OS or connecting any account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the OS.
1. Who operates the OS
The OS is operated by Bridge AI Talent (“Bridge AI Talent”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at leonard@bridgeaimena.com.
2. What the OS does
The OS is a lead-generation and client-workflow platform for independent experts and their operators. It helps you define an ideal customer profile, research and score prospects, prepare and send outreach across channels, schedule discovery and debrief calls, and manage replies. Some features rely on accounts you choose to connect, including Google (Gmail and Calendar) and LinkedIn, and on AI providers that process content to generate drafts, classifications and summaries.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for all activity performed through your workspace.
- You will keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You will use the OS lawfully and in line with the terms of the services you connect (including Google's and LinkedIn's terms), and with applicable anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions you operate in and target.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for obtaining any consent required to contact recipients.
- You will not use the OS to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content, or to infringe others' rights.
4. Third-party services
The OS integrates third-party services, including Google (Gmail and Calendar), LinkedIn automation (via Unipile), public web research (via Apify), and AI providers (Anthropic via OpenRouter, and an embeddings provider). Your use of those services through the OS is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or terms may change. How we handle data from these services, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the OS available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any number of replies, meetings or clients. Outreach targets shown in the OS are estimates, not commitments. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The OS, its software, design and content are owned by Bridge AI Talent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the OS for your internal business purposes while these Terms are in effect. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to or generate in the OS.
7. Your clients' information
The OS is built to run your own go-to-market: your campaigns, your conversations, your calendar, your notes and the documents you upload about your own positioning. It is not built to hold the material you see inside a client engagement, and we do not ask you for it. There is no client file, no data room and no place in the OS where an engagement's financial, HR or internal documents belong.
If you upload something into your workspace anyway, it is stored under your workspace and under everything in our Privacy Policy and our Data Trust and Compliance Commitment. Keeping a client's material out of the OS, where their agreement with you requires that, remains your responsibility, and you confirm you have the right to upload anything you do put in.
8. Security incidents
If we confirm a security breach affecting your data, we will tell you within 24 hours of confirming it. We will say what we know at that point, what data was involved, what we have done to contain it and what we are still investigating, and we will keep you updated until it is closed. We investigate and contain immediately; the 24 hours is the deadline for telling you, not for finishing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge AI Talent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the OS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the OS will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the OS in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the OS and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the OS in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of Bridge AI Talent, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the OS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
